Nobel Polath is a seasoned professional with 35 years of experience across various leadership roles in the corporate landscape. Nobel started his career in Dubai, UAE during the mid-80’s working in the Media Industry when print media was thriving. He embarked on an illustrious journey that took him from a Circulation and Distribution executive to the senior-most rungs of corporate leadership in Media Marketing like launching of new publications, distribution, and logistics. Nobel held the position as Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Media Inc’s Media Marketing arm and had conceptualised and set up Tawseel Distribution and Logistics. As Chief Commercial Officer of Tawseel, he had introduced over 1100 magazines from UK, US, and EU, plus over a dozen international daily newspapers to UAE during his tenure. He is a self-confessed non tiring travel bug and has been to 128 countries and is a regular visitor to Media and Publication related conferences, exhibitions, and book fairs all over the world. Nobel started Crystal Media Consultants Pvt Ltd in the year 2020, where he is the majority shareholder and Managing Director. Crystal Media Consultants provide print media solutions to the First/Business class lounges and onboard for Emirates Airlines in Colombo and Dhaka airports and is a flourishing business stream which is on further expansion mode to the other airports in the world.
